Works as expected. The sound is a bit too base for my liking. But the real problem is the short battery life. These things will cut out on you after only three hours with a full charge. It will give you a verbal "Low battery" message and then in less than one minute it shuts off. The price was right and they were easy to pair with both my laptop and phone. Oh, I also paired it with my with my ipad no problem. If only the battery lasted at least through two moves then I would give it a five star rating.

Purchased tow of these for the price and quality they are great. They take a little getting used to. The cord is a little short to wear behind the neck. If you wear them in the front they have a higher chance of falling off. They work fine broken English used like instead of call ended it says phone is hang up {:o) charges fast and last approx. 2 days

I acknowledge that I may have gotten a lemon and I've initiated a return (thank you Amazon - you've always been great). But as a kid I owned pocket AM radios in the 1960s that sounded better than these earbuds. Even when the radio was muffled in my pocket!That said, perhaps the unit I got was a dud. It charged right up and paired easily. But on both of my tablets, a Kindle Fire and another Android pad, the connection hissed, had constant drop-outs and produced an absolutely muddy tone. Playing iTunes through my high performance desktop, sitting 2 feet away the connection was solid but the sound was horrible.There are some good reviews of these earbuds, though at least one reviewer questioned their authenticity, citing consistent errors in the spelling and formatting. I don't dispute that someone may have had a good experience with these, but I sure didn't. I hate writing bad reviews but in this case it's justified.

I bought this product thinking that it is Amazon brand, and should have the quality. End up it is not!! Product stopped charging already after 1 month! Return expired July 16th!! Life of battery didn't last long too. Constantly needed to recharge already. Now no longer able to charge the headset!!! =(

Purchased these for running, cycling outdoors. They don't work well outdoors. It seems that if you are bouncing up and down while running or cycling and having movement than the sound quality is very poor. Haven't tried just walking perhaps they might work for that, but I can't recommend them for running. I will be contacting Amazon to see if I can still return them.

I bought these for myself but found they did not work with my PC. I bequeathed them to my daughter however, and she absolutely loved them. She used them with her iPhone and really enjoyed the freedom of movement they provided. Unfortunately, she broke them and now misses them very much.

I've used these so much over the last 2 years. I wore them to work for 8 hours a day for 9 months and they don't hold a charge for 8 hours anymore like they used to, but they hold for 4 or so. I still use them every day. Good product.

I had previously purchase wireless earbuds. After two years, training for 3 triathlons, countless days of running in good and bad weather, and tossing them in a travel bag for a life on the road they started showing wear and tear. I couldn't find the same brand and these looked like a nice upgrade.After 3 weeks and 1 business trip they broke. I pulled them out of my laptop bag and found the plastic connectors had separated from the ear buds. See attached photo. They wouldn't charge and they no longer worked.I found my previous purchase available and I just put in an order for them. If you live a rough and tumble life and you want a product to keep up with you this is NOT the product you want.If you will only use them around the house or when you go to the gym you may be ok.
