By far and away the best health tool in the arsenal besides having a health band. Over lifetime I've had plenty of different scales that claim to do different things but this scale offers more useful health information about yourself at this price point then any other comparison. It doesn't matter if you're trying to gain muscle or try to lose fat, or if you want to keep track of how hydrated you are, or any type of metabolic in between. This scale does it without overreaching. The fact that it's Bluetooth connected makes your privacy even more secure. Set up through the renfro health app was absolutely easy. And what's great about the scale is that you don't necessarily have to link it up to the app in order to check your weight. You do need it connected to your app in order to get all of the extended biometric information that it reads. The scale and the information that it provides is so impressive that both of my sisters in two different states went out and purchased it the very next day. With the information that I receive directly from the scale, I have been able to modify my workouts as well as my nutrition in order to quickly and immediately pivot into the direction that has created immediate success in weight loss, both subcutaneous and visceral fat reduction, as well as increasing the proteins and water hydration within my body. I lost 12lbs in 2 weeks directly related to having the information that the scale provides and modifying what was needed in order to actually see results and not be fumbling wondering if cardio or weightlifting or high protein or low protein diets were actually doing what with my body. Now I know exactly what is doing what and the results have been 100% consistent every single weekly weigh in with the scale. Very quick & accurate!

So far it’s pretty good. I think the numbers are slightly off. For my spouse for example it said his body fat is only 11%. I can see he’s not. He is thin though, but I assure you he’s not 11%. We did measure his body fat by analog way and it seems to be more like 17%. So it was off for him. That being said I think he’s an odd one to measure. Plus I think he kept moving around and did not get a correct reading that’s even close. But me on the other hand it was off by 1 point. Which is pretty good. The weight is correct though, as I did check with 2 scales. It’s fun and it gives you an idea of how things are going. It says my visceral fat is low which I don’t believe that’s true I think I’m a little bit higher. I do work out and I believe my higher weight is from muscles, but I do believe it’s also from my peri menopause hormonal kind of fat :/. But I don’t think my muscle percentage is as high as it’s saying. I think that is pretty off. I have to be logical with myself, if I want to see some kind of results. Bottom line I’m skinny fat and this scale is not bad. Again it gives and idea, helps figure out what needs work. But take it with a grain and salt. I’ve tried others scales that measure fat % and they were overpriced and not good. Plus customer service was horrible! I think the only way to get a legit reading is if you go to one of those pros with that machine that can measure your entire body. But this is a inexpensive way to get an idea of where you are. My scale is solar and it seems to charge pretty fast and it seems the charge has been lasting. I only started using this recently though, but I’ve owned it for over a year. Shall see how much longer it will work but so far I’m liking it. Best

It came with 100% battery. The solar panel detects the light in my house and shows that it is charging. The scale works well and syncs to their app. I will update my review if anything changes over time. But on the first day of owning it, it's working as advertised.

I've had this for over 3 yrs... NOT ONCE have I ever had to replace the battery! It's literally using my indoor bathroom light... this is crazy. I don't see why this technology doesn't get used more often. Still working perfectly!

Constistent in the whey it shows. Seems accurate. Doesn’t need much sun to recharge. However, the fat/muscle/tissue measurements are bs. It is so off. During the last 6 months I have gone from 25-30% body fat to about 12%. The scale says 21-22%, it has been saying the same % since I bought it even though I made a total body transformation in the meantime.

This is my fourth or fifth Renpho product. It's safe to say I trust them. I purchased this scale to replace a USB-rechargeable scale (not made by Renpho) that I bought a few years ago. The USB was a hassle, and the app was loaded with annoying ads. When I recently tried to use the scale, I discovered that it was no longer syncing to Google Fit. The warning from Google suggested that the app tried to access data it shouldn't access, so I'm done with it. This solar-powered scale is great, because it's just going to work all of the time without needing to be recharged. It's solid and feels sturdy, and the display is easy to read. The Renpho app is also great, because it doesn't have ads and doesn't try to scrape my data from Google. But more than that, it does a really good job of displaying weight and BMI data in a meaningful way. Amusingly, you can set different sounds for when your weight goes up/down or stays the same. You can also add other Renpho Bluetooth devices to the app, such as a blood-pressure monitor.
