First off I ordered a 3-pack and strangely only received one bottle. Ignoring that and just looking at this as a product though I have a mixed opinion. I think it has too many ingredients, increasing the chance that it will have something you may be sensitive too, or at doses that interfere with other supplements. An example is B5 as Pyridoxine, which is the most common and cheapest form, but also many people can only tolerate small amounts of this form of B5, and everyone should make sure not to take too much. If they had to include a B5 (which I don't think they did for this specific product) they should have used a form like P5P, that is better tolerated and safer. Cordyceps is another strange choice, a mushroom that increases energy and focus (Also since it just says "cordyceps powder" on the ingredients this the whole fruiting body, not just the active components). Along with Ashwagandha, Panax, and Tongkat Ali extract, this supplement reads more like one of those "male libido enhancement" supplements than something specifically targeting prostate health. I like that it's stevia sweetened, and that it doesn't contain animal products.
