First let me start by saying that the customer service was exceptional. When I received my printer it had a defective printer head. Through trouble shooting with their customer service reps Jeremy and Fonda, they were able to diagnose the problem. DXZ sent me a new printer head straight from China in 3 days. They helped me install the new pronter head and I was printing right away. You will have to communicate through the What's App and there is a 12 hour time difference here on the east coast of the USA. This wasn't really a problem for me. I will let you know that owning this printer requires some basic knowledge of computers and electronics. The unit does require some assembly and regular maintenance to keep running smoothly. I bought this for my daughter to upgrade her starter T-shirt business. I have included the first design that was printed in my pictures. The other two are how the printer was shipped. Keep in mind this printer is pretty heavy. I will check back in to give updates.

I want to give a 5 star rating for this printer I bought that was shipped from China. First, it was fast shipping. It was shipped via UPS and the packages arrived well packed - there were 3 boxes. I encountered problems with the printer in the beginning and I contacted the company. The technician named Jack was able to help install the programs and guided me throughout the process. We communicated via WhatsApp. He was able to remotely get control of the printer from China, load the programs he needed to fix the printer, make necessary adjustments and identify the causes of the problems. It took him several hours though, but he stayed with me all throughout the process including the testing. The printer now is working properly and I am a happy customer. The print quality of the printer is superb, the colors are vibrant and the line are perfect. I highly recommend this printer and this company has excellent customer service.

This is my 2 nd dtf printer and I love it easy load for paper quiet I did have a problem setting up but got support asap within a a hour I was up and running

Initially I was ready to throw in the towel because I thought the seller was ignoring me but then they contacted me to let me know they were on holiday in Bejing and also there is a 12 hour time difference between us. After that they contacted me daily and we were on the WhatsApp for hours attending to the situations I had. They were minor user error type of situations because this is a brand new world I am delving into. I knew nothing about setting up this software for the printer or how to even print once the software was installed. They held my hand every step of the way. And poor Jeremy, it was quitting time and he kept saying they were going to lock the gate and I was so excited about the progress we had made that I did not want to wait until he returned to work but bless his heart, he reassured me that he would get back with me and he did just that. When he returned we were ready to do our first print and I texted it to everyone. I would like to thank all of the Tech team members who assisted me. I highly recommend not only this product but also this team of professional tech supporters

There is a time difference so be prepared to get issues resolved on their schedule. Received the printer damaged was told by the company that they would compensate me for the damages, I was never compensated. A month after using printer it broke down on June 13th. The printer is still down on today September 20th. Company will send replacement parts but you will need to install and pay shipping fees. Company is not willing to replace damage or broken printers. They will work with you until the issue is resolved or if it ever gets resolved.. Replacement parts are not guaranteed to work because they are only guessing at the issue. I lost sales, customers, and sleep.

The product arrived sooner than originally planned (ink arrived later). And to my surprise the there was no damage to anything in the boxes. I proceeded to set up the printer but ran into some trouble setting up the printer and contacted customer service. They were amazing and very patient. They were able to help me figure out what was wrong and got the printer up and running in a couple of days. I am satisfied with their service and am looking forward to everything that I am able to make with this printer.
